Nestled in the hills of the Brecon Beacons, Ultra X Wales is an adventure that exlores the Black Mountains to the East of the National Park, starting just north of Abergavenny.

You can run 12km 25km, 50km or 110km - Sunday
Or maybe run 60km or 110km - Saturday
There’s even an option to tackle 110km over 2 days
Relaxed cut-offs - 2hrs 30 per 10km section….really inclusive
The 12km (in particular) and 25km particular are pretty flat
The 50km 60km and 110km tackle some gorgeous Welsh Hills

TRENT VALLEY ULTRA 50K
Calling all Spiders who love a trail run, a party and a brewery.
Join us on May 17th at the inaugural Trent Valley Ultra. A new 50k mixed terrain race, around the river Trent.
It’s a great first timer 50k. Friendly, flatish and fast if you want to.
Quadrio have a competition especially for Spider Runners who sign up..
Enter before 28th February and use the code ULTRASPIDER, you will all go into a prize draw and two of lucky Spiders will have their entry fee refunded and be able to run it for free.
The event: startis and finishes at the Milestone Brewery and Tap Room, Cromwell, Nottinghamshire.
The route is beautiful, with many friendly aid stations as you head down the Trent to Newark, cross the bridge by a gorgeous castle and run back up the Trent to Fledborough Viaduct.
Finishing at the brewery at the end, there will be a DJ, food vendors and of course a huge selection of IPAs and beers, ciders etc so you can party those ultra pains away.
