SPIDER PARKRUN RENDEZVOUS PLAN
Here at Spider Towers your parkrun ambassadors have been busy planning some meet ups for 2025 and we want to share the full plan so you can put dates in your busy diaries now.
We will continue to highlight the few upcoming rendezvous on a Tuesday, and keep you up to date as the plan is always subject to change!

Have you added Spider Runners to your parkrun profile yet?
It’s quite simple:
You can have up to 5 groups on your profile, with a Primary group to show as first choice. So you can have your home running club as well as Spider Runners and indeed anything else.
